Production descriptions:
1) This machine is suitable for recycling wet film after crushing and washing ,cancel the step of drying materials.Time and power saving,highly automatic and improve the work efficiency greatly.Optional accessories of the first extruder:electric magnet heating system.
2) Special design screw and barrel, it is suitable for the wet film.Heating system modify the processing environment and improve the quality of the products.
3) The wet recycling and pelletizing line is applicable to extrude granulation with water after PE,HDPE,LDPE,PP film cleaning,It can also be prepared according to the actual situation of water bar cut grain or hot water ring.
4) Higher homogenization efficiency downstream of filtration and upstream of degassing enhances the subsequent degassing performance and improves the characteristics of melt. According to the character of PPPE itself, this step is very important and will influence the quality of PPPE pellets.
