Use:
plastic recycling machine is designed for the reprocessing of PE polyethylene (HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE) and PP polypropylene ,PET and other plastic material,is used for granulating the film final product is plastic pellet/granule.
Plastic recycling pelletizing machine consist of cabinet,mother and baby extruder,water cooling tank,blower,cutter,force feeder,crusher and conveyor are optional.
Automatic crushing and baiting through the power of blower. It enables crushing and extruding all in one(Hydraulic screen changer and PLC control system are optional).
If the plastic material is totally clean ,the machine single granulating die head is a not-bad option. While the material is a little dirty, the machine with twodie head is necessary. There is a filter in every die head. The machine with
two die head make the material purer.
Heating system modify the processing environment and improve the quality of the products .You can choose hand feeder or automatic feeder.It creshes and loads material automatically. Automatic Loading and creshing,force feeder.
