Bend Pipe Transportation System Ensures smooth, precise handling and movement of bent pipes through all stages of coating. Bend Pipe Blasting Machine Thoroughly cleans pipe surfaces by removing rust, scale, and contaminants, providing an ideal substrate for coating adhesion. Bend Pipe Intermediate Frequency Heating System Precisely heats pipes to optimal temperature to enhance epoxy bonding and coating uniformity. Bend Pipe 3PE Coating Unit Applies a robust triple-layer protection system-epoxy powder, adhesive, and polyethylene-ensuring long-term corrosion resistance. Bend Pipe Spray Cooling System Rapidly cools coated pipes to stabilize the coating structure and improve mechanical properties.
