The PE Series Pre-Insulated Pipe Extrusion Line is designed by absorbing advanced tube extrusion technology from Germany and improved by Qingdao Huashida Machinery Co., Ltd. This production line features an integrated design that includes extrusion, vacuum calibrating, cooling, pulling, cutting, and stacking, delivering excellent performance in automatic operation, extrusion capacity, stability, and service life.
Advantages of Vacuum Calibration
Compared to traditional internal pressure methods, the vacuum calibrating method offers superior stiffness, pressure resistance, and surface smoothness, making it the most advanced and popular technology for pre-insulated pipe production globally.
PE-Vacuum Calibration Insulation Pipe Production Line
The vacuum calibrating method is particularly suited for producing pre-insulated pipes with an outer casing. This technology is increasingly used in domestic construction, emphasizing energy-saving trenchless pipeline installation. The pipes and fittings are insulated with rigid polyurethane foam (PUF insulation) encased in a protective shell.
Working Pressure: Up to 1.6 MPa
Water Temperature: Up to 403 K (130 °C), with short-term increases up to 423 K (150 °C)
Structure
The PUF insulation system consists of a rigid "pipe-in-pipe" structure, which includes:
Carrier Pipe: Made of steel or galvanized steel
Insulation Layer: Rigid polyurethane foam
Outer Jacket: High-density polyethylene for underground installation or galvanized steel for above-ground use
Rigidity and Performance
The rigidity of the system is enhanced by strong connections between the steel pipe, polyurethane insulation, and jacket pipe. The pre-shot blast or blast cleaning of the steel pipe surface optimizes the performance of the polyurethane insulation and the corona surface of the polyethylene shell.
