The 3000L Turnkey Solution Preparation System is an integrated processing platform designed for large-batch liquid formulation, mixing, temperature control, filtration, storage, cleaning, sterilization, and product distribution.
Product-contact components are manufactured from SS316L stainless steel, while external structures and non-contact parts can be fabricated from SS304.
The system can support both batch production and semi-continuous operation. Automated dosing and PLC-controlled process sequences help reduce manual intervention and improve repeatability.
Its modular skid-mounted design simplifies factory assembly, FAT testing, shipment, installation, commissioning, and future maintenance.
The following process flow shows the principal stages of a typical 3000L turnkey solution preparation system.
