Process Description:
Water and raw materials are introduced into the mixing tank through an automated dosing system. The agitator ensures uniform mixing, while the circulation loop enhances consistency. Temperature is controlled via the jacket system. The solution is filtered and transferred to storage. Integrated CIP/SIP systems enable automatic cleaning and sterilization of the entire system.
