Product Specification

  The products we supplied are completely according to API 6A  standard from designing, manufacturing, testing to quality controlling.

   The main pressure bearing parts are forged or special smelt low alloy steel (stainless steel ) cast and with good corrosive resistance. They can bear high pressure.

   Wellhead assembly consists of casing head, tubing head and christmas tree. It is suitable for various kinds of casing, tubing and connections methods.

Oil (gas) production wellhead

Thermal recovery wellhead

This set is used for recovery of thick oil and high freezing crude and suitable for thick crude recovery by steam stimulation and steam driving, setting injection and recovery as one. Main parts is made of high quality alloy steel or stainless steel.

• Double taper steel ring in hard sealing place adopted to make the sealing more reliable.
• Non-metallic sealing material is flexible graphite, which can stand up to 370℃in the air.
• The material of ram and valve seat is stainless steel, the sealing surface sprays welding of hard alloy, having high hardness and good abrasion resistance.

X- tree

X-tree is used to control pressure in the well head and adjust the flow rate, it can guide oil into the tubing. When necessary, it can close the well and do some special, such as acid fracturing, water injection and well logging.

• Working pressure: ≤15000PSI;
• Supply all metallic sealing from tubing hanger to X-tree.
• Flange connection；

Casing head

     Casing head consists of casing head, casing hanger, by pass valve and other accessories parts. It can meet the requirement of sealing of  annular space between casing hanger and casing, and can meet the requirement of casing supporting as well;  it can resist to the corrosion of all kinds of medium.

 Type of casing heads:

  ●  Threaded bottom casing head

  ●Slip bottom casing head

  ●Welded bottom casing head

Casing suspender

Casing suspender comprises of slip inserts, slip body, supporting seat and sealing parts. The suspender seals by self-weight, that is, casing weight excitation seal.

Nominal size:9”, 11”, 13-3/8”, 21-1/4”

Casing size:5”-16-3/4”

Tubing head

Tubing head is installed on the up flange of casing head, used for  hanging tubing string and sealing the annular space between tubing string  and production casing. It comprises of tubing head cross and tubing suspender.

Tubing suspender

Tubing suspender connects with tubing, lower into the big cross cone of tubing hanger by tubing gravity to seal the annular space. Normal design types are as follows:

PFF,PFFA series plate valve
