※Product Introduction
The air peanut blanching machine uses compressed air as the peeling power, replacing the traditional sand roller peeling machine. It includes a hopper, elevator, receiving bin, automatic weighing device, peeling device, red skin suction device, discharge vibrating screen, cyclone dust collector, and air compressor (self-provided). The whole set of equipment is divided into five parts: feeding system, peeling system, red skin collection system, discharge system, and PLC control system.
The peanut blanching room uses a cavity with a special structure. The main blanching machine automatically blows and releases according to program instructions to complete the blanching process. The peeling rate is as high as 98%, and the blanching rate of whole peanuts is also as high as 85% or more.
