Board splitting machines are generally divided into V-groove board splitting machines and non-V-groove board splitting machines.
1. The most common V-groove depaneling machine is the knife-type depaneling machine. The characteristics are as follows:
1. During the cutting process, the PCB does not move and the circular knife slides to ensure that the electronic components of the substrate are not damaged due to movement.

4. It can solve the problem of parts crossing the V-groove to realize splitting.
5. Minimize the internal stress generated during board cutting to avoid tin cracks.
6. The cutting speed is controlled by the knob, and the splitting stroke can be freely set and has an LCD display.
7. Conveyor belts can be installed as required to improve performance.
8. Three sets of electric eye protection to ensure safe production.
