Configuration

Paper Feed

The debugging of the feed part is the basis of the paste box, and its quality plays a very important role in the whole paste box process. Therefore, special attention should be paid to the debugging. The feed part is composed of five feed belts, rollers, two top paper cutters, two stainless steel plates and a photoelectric counting sensor, etc. The tightness of the belt is adjusted by the two ends of the front roller. There are two ways to move the belt: the first is to loosen the adjusting screws on the two ends of the tensioning bearing, and then loosen the plate screws on the shift slot wheel so that the belt can be moved at will. There are four requirements for the position of the two paper cutters. One is that the top is on the top of the belt (that is, there is a roller under the belt); the other is that the closer the folding line is, the better the paper is. The gap between the lower end of the cutter and the belt is based on the thickness of a piece of paper. The driving force of the paper is the friction between the belt and the bottom layer of paper, so the contact surface between the carton and the belt is very important. The tail can be raised when the box is large, and the tail can be put down when the box is small. The feed part is also equipped with a vibrator, the user can choose to use the vibrator or not vibrator. There are two phototubes on the sensor, so that it can be aligned on this side of the paste.

Correction Section & Upper Glue

The correction section can align the carton to the left with the baffle as the plane, making the glue and paper transmission more stable.The paper feed is continuous one by one. The paper comes in from the feed to the glue (picture 4). Before you go to the glue,adjust the position of the left and right moving row. The belt on the glue and the belt on the paper are not the same speed, the glue is fast and the paper is slow. When the paper enters the glue part, the other side enters the glue part first, and the paper is inclined by the pull force, so the two rows of small wheels above the rubber belt should be adjusted to move back and forth so that both sides enter the paper at the same time and are not slanted. After the box is debugged accurately, the glue wheel is adjusted to the appropriate position on the paste mouth, so that the glue is completely glued to the paste mouth and parallel to the side of the box, and the amount of glue is adjusted by the scraper at the bottom of the glue box.

Counter & Conveyor

The main body of the conveying department is mainly composed of a wide grid belt and a row of fans, heating pipes and counters,so that the good glue box after heating and drying, sent to the back-collection department, so that the carton is basically affixed, can be packed out of the factory. The temperature can be controlled by a temperature control box.

A: Of course we do. We have QC department to debug the machine before packing. If you want to use specific material to do the test running, you need to pay for the cost of the material.
Q11. What’s the payment term?
A: T/T 30% in advance, the balance shall be paid before delivery. We also accept payment by West Union or L/C at sight.
