Large diameter assembly bit is widely used in construction, bridge, highway and railway construction. This series of bits are suitable for all kinds of formations, including shale, limestone, cobble, dolomite and conglomerate.
1. It is suitable for medium to medium hard formation with high crushing resistance (hard shale, sand, etc.)

3. Surfacing welding is carried out on the shirt tail, and the carbide blade used to protect the measuring tool is pressed into the outer diameter of the head.
4. Strengthen the surface of cone gauge with carbide compacts.
1. Cutting Structure
In response to the different cutting characteristics of the blades in different areas of the cone, the conical blade is placed in the permanent contact area, and the wedge-shaped blade is placed in the alternative contact area, which greatly improves the drilling efficiency. The wear resistance of the cutting structure can be enhanced by setting the diamond blade in the permanent contact area of the cone of the severely worn blade. The tungsten carbide blade is placed on the top surface of the cone to protect the cone from abrasion.
2. Gauge Structure
With active cutting gauge protection inserts on bit body, the bit has good gauge protection and up drill capability.
3. Bearing Structure
High precision journal bearing. The ball locked the cone. The tapered bearing is inlaid with antifriction alloy. The wear resistance and anti seizing property of the bearing are improved. Compared with the tri cone bit, the outrigger bearing is larger, so higher WOB and higher reliability can be obtained.
4. Hydraulic Design
Small angled watercourse design increased the shirttail thickness and can effectively prevent the watercourse erosion.Optirnized hydraulics structure improves the clearing capability and increases ROP.
