Product Description:

Introducing the MAY-15 axis panel bending machine. This machine adopts a pressing arm loading method and is designed and produced to meet the standards of high-precision machine tools. It is ideal for mesh, corrugated, hollow and various flat or special-shaped work pieces.
In addition, the machine provides additional functions such as automatic reposition, oblique reposition, and double C-axis rotation. This expands its range of application, including noticeable stability and reliability during operation.
 

Features:

The adoption of Industry 4.0 architecture allows for a smooth system upgrade and low power consumption. The high speed ensures maximum 0.2 seconds per time, and all sheets are prototyped efficiently with high consistency. Moreover, the device comes with several features offering simple maintenance at minimal cost, such as high degree of automation and low labor requirements, and easy operation which requires no molding. In addition, various loading and unloading methods are available for different materials, mainly aluminium sheets, stainless steel and cold-rolled sheets.
The device also provides rich software and hardware interfaces, supporting the intelligent factories, as well as controlling 15-axis concurrent linkages for smooth bending actions and highly coordinated mechanical operations. Further, an unbalanced load detection system is installed to protect both the machine and the sheets. Moreover, to guarantee the dimensional accuracy, different positioning datums can be selected for sheets with non-standard size. A cloud-operated maintenance management system empowers users to monitor machine's performance in real time, and around the clock.
Furthermore, the user-friendly man-machine interface makes it easy to understand and use. Together with flexible programming, it definitely facilitates the task of mass production.
