The MAX-1411 auto bender machine adopts the suction cup feeding method, designed to facilitate the handling and positioning of panels during the bending process. Here's how it works:
Panel Placement: The operator places the panel to be bent onto the worktable of the machine, ensuring that the panel surface is smooth and free from any holes or punches.
Suction Cup Activation: Once the panel is in position, the suction cup system is activated. The machine is equipped with one or more suction cups strategically placed to provide optimal suction and grip on the panel's surface.
Suction Cup Adhesion: The activated suction cup generates a vacuum that securely adheres to the smooth surface of the panel. This adhesion is strong enough to hold the panel firmly in place during the bending process.
Panel Movement: With the panel securely held by the suction cup, the machine's CNC control system initiates the necessary movements. This includes controlling the bending beam, back gauge, and other components as required for the desired bending operations.
Bending Process: As the machine executes the bending operations, the suction cup maintains a reliable grip on the panel. It prevents any unwanted movement or slippage, ensuring accurate and consistent bending results.
Panel Release: Once the bending process is completed, the suction cup's vacuum is released, allowing the operator to easily remove the bent panel from the worktable.
