Product Description:

The MAY-21 Axis series is an intelligent flexible bending center that adopts the pressing arm loading method to facilitate automatic tooling change. A high-precision machine tool standard was utilized when designing and manufacturing the device. All sorts of mesh, corrugated, hollow and flat or special-shaped work pieces can be handled by this machine.
Tool replacement is also made easier with the MAY-21Axis series thanks to the absence of manual configuration. It is also equipped with a bending assistant tool that ensures partial bending of the work piece for more efficiency.
 

Features:

The feeding method for this technology is Pressing Arm and the tooling can be changed automatically. It also comes with a standard assistant tool, and the standard synchronized axis is 21. The natural size of the panel material is Max.2500*1500mm.
Additional features of this technology include a comprehensive bending speed, a standard power hinge knife, and no manual re-tooling set up when changing. This ensures that work-pieces are more convenient and more efficient. There is also the standard assistant bending tool for partial bending, as well as a sequence arrangement type upper pressing tools, and a higher re-tooling efficiency.
