C:Could you provide the design
F:In general, the customer provides the printing draft, we free typesetting, if the customer does not design, we provide professional design and charge some design fees.
C:What kind of art format are required
F:we need your original PSD /AI file,that have layers ,we could edit this as for the font,we need that text outline
C:does the printed color have different with the design color?
F:There is a certain error between industrial printing and computer printing, because the color of light source is displayed on the computer, and the color of different display screens is different, so the color difference cannot be avoided 100%. Please try to choose black, white and other colors with small color difference, or provide physical samples and colors, so as to minimize color difference
C:Is there any printing position error?
F:Small print pattern position change within 3MM is a reasonable error, a large number of customized print pattern position will not be error
C:Is the packing bag safe and environment-friendly?
F:The raw materials we use are 100% food grade brand new materials, non-toxic environmental ink, but the materials and ink will have a slight taste of plastic ink, which is a normal phenomenon.
