AD590JH Dual-pin Integrated Circuit Temperature Sensor
1. Basic Principle:
The AD590JH outputs a current proportional to absolute temperature. Within a power supply voltage range of 4V to 30V, it acts as a high - impedance constant - current regulator with a regulation coefficient of 1μA/K. The on - chip thin - film resistors are laser - trimmed to output 298.2μA at 298.2K (25°C).
