Features:
XGZP163 piezoresistive pressure sensor chip is suitable for biomedical, automotive electronics and other fields. Its core part is a silicon piezoresistive pressure sensor chip processed by MEMS technology. The pressure sensing chip is composed of an elastic membrane and four resistors integrated on the membrane. The four varistors form a Wheatstone bridge structure. When pressure is applied on the elastic membrane, the bridge will produce a voltage output signal linearly proportional to the applied pressure.
XGZP163 pressure sensor chip adopts standard SOP6 package, which is convenient for users to install by surface mount. Air nozzle with anti - release structure.
