1) 2 years warranty, maintenance whole life
During warranty period, any problems caused byour quality, it is responsible of us, we will maintenance freely. After warranty, only charge basic material fee. Upgrade the control system and software whole life freely. Feedback in 24 hrs when receive client complain. Prepare enough spare parts which are easy break before delivery to client.
After sale service department will be calling for research one time every 2 months, in accordance with our warranty card, to check the led display operating conditions, the timely detection problems and quickly solve.
2) Free training
We can help training on staff from client about the led display control system and maintenance for one or two days freely, enable the staff to operate the system skillfully and can judge and solve the basic fault of the led display.
