This is one of Amber's Rolling Up Doors. Designed for modern industrial and commercial environments, this PVC rolling door perfectly combines efficient operation, safety, and durable design. The door curtain is constructed of 1.0mm high-strength polyvinyl chloride (PVC), and the transparent viewing window area is constructed of 1.5mm PVC, ensuring excellent wear resistance and clear visibility, making operation safer and more convenient. The sturdy door frame is made of 1.5mm SS304 stainless steel or cold-coated plate, and the door head is made of 1.0mm material, providing a stable overall structure and excellent impact resistance.
This rolling shutter door features an aluminum alloy wind-resistant rod that can withstand winds up to force 7 and is suitable for doors up to 6 meters wide. Its opening and closing speed is adjustable from 0.5 to 2.8 m/s, with a standard operating speed of 1.5 m/s, significantly improving work efficiency in warehouses, workshops, and commercial spaces. The motor utilizes a high-performance servo motor, rated at 0.75 kW for areas under 15 square meters and 1.5 kW for areas over 15 square meters, ensuring smooth and stable opening and closing.
The door control system supports multiple operation methods, including induction, remote control, push buttons, and geomagnetic control (only for vehicles, not for people). It comes with a control box with English and Chinese language switches for easy operation. Safety features are also excellent: the anti-pinch design automatically rebounds when encountering an obstacle. In the event of a power outage, the door can be opened manually or automatically with a backup power supply, ensuring the safety of personnel and equipment.
These commercial roller doors are made of B1-grade flame-retardant PVC material with flame retardants added to further enhance fire resistance, providing reliable protection for factories, warehouses, logistics centers, and commercial workshops. Whether used for fast logistics channels, industrial production lines, or vehicle access control, these high-speed rolling doors balance efficiency, safety, and durability, providing a comprehensive solution for modern commercial operations.
