Application:
DAG Transformer dry air generator is widely used in when the transformer and reactor etc large power equipment are been installed and recondition to produce the dry air. To ensure internal insulation of electrical equipment from moisture, maintenance personnel will not suffocate from lack of oxygen in the inner working of the device. It is more secure, more reliable, better economical and more convenient than bottled gas. When the oil filter works in the rainy days and humid environment, equipment box and oil will do the air drying to ensure improve the insulation of oil and reduce the moisture.

4. The native integration design, compact structure and reasonable, good drying effect, low gas consumption, long working life, composite desiccant use effect is good, service life than ordinary adsorbent extend more than three times.
5. Regenerative adsorption dehydration technology, the high accuracy coalescence dehydration, 0.01μm precision filters to ensure cleanliness.
Advantage:
DAG series Air Dry Generator composed mainly by air pump, cooler, chiller, dry air filtration and other parts. When it entering the sub-zero refrigerator, most of the water vapor is condensed into ice water, this is the fist time air drying. then go to the silica gel column to carry on the second time air drying, to adsorb the rest moisture down to 20% humidity, through filtration part send to the equipment which need dry air. When the color gel saturated with water, which changes from blue to red CoCl2 silica, silica gel has been described saturated with water, drying the need to generate blue silica gel, in order to ensure the dry air outlet.
