1.Description
WYB series horizontal leaf filter is a fineclarify filtrate equipment with high-efficiency, energy-saving and auto-hermetic.
It is widely used in chemicals,petroleum, foodstuff and pharmacy.

3.Structure and characteristics
Cylinder movement when discharging , the steam insulation inlet and outlet pipes on the cylinder are connected with stainless steel metal hoses and fixed with carbon steel metal drag chains. There is no need to disassemble the pipes during operation, which is safe, reliable and convenient to operate.
As the filter is moved into the cylinder movement,,the feeding system has been thoroughly improved, the liquid sulfur into the cylinder is more evenly distributed, the filter cake formed on the filter plate is more uniform, so as to ensure the filter effect is more stable, the liquid sulfur clear flow after filtration transparent.
4.Advantages
(1)Fully enclosed filter, no leakage, no pollution; (2)Solid-liquid separation can be realized under pressure or vacuum state. Filter cakesare evenly distributed when filtering which can get good effect. (3)Stirring system can stepless speed regulating and multi-function work. It can enlargefurthest for the cake space, thus filter cake can be fully cleaned; the time of drying isreduced greatly, with high efficiency. (4)Discharge valve can discharge automatically which can lower labor intensity. (5)Especially suitable for the material that has large solid content, and recovering liquidphase and solid phase respectively. (6)Adopting horizontal placing filter material, one time completely filtering no remains. Filter material has unique sealing structure which is easy to be changed. (7)Stirring, mixing, beating, reacting, washing and multiform process working can bepracticed in the body and it can carry out full automatic control. (8)Anticorrosion three in one system is made of special material which can be suitable formultiform anticorrosion medium.
