TIANCI disc pelletizers are available in three types of pelletizers: light duty, heavy duty and pot shaped.They’re utilize a non-pressure (tumble growth) approach to agglomeration and work by tumbling material on a rotating disc, with a binding agent and feedstock or water being continuously added. During the tumbling process within the disc, the fine powder raw material adsorbs additional materials and gradually agglomerates into larger particles. Once the particles attain the desired size, centrifugal force discharges them from the rotating disc.
