Automatic Medicine Bottle Horizontal Labeling Machine
The labeling machine employs advanced precision intelligent electric eye technology in conjunction with highly reliable PLC control to segment labels and facilitate labeling. Using air pressure to suction adhesive stickers into the labeling head enables efficient labeling. This system is suitable for labeling cylindrical objects with unstable positioning, allowing for labeling on either the circumference or half of it. Horizontal
transmission and labeling methods are adopted to enhance stability and increase labeling efficiency.
An optional coding machine or inkjet printer can be integrated into the labeling head to print essential information such as production dates, batch numbers, and barcodes directly onto the label.
Alternatively, an optional inkjet printer attached to the conveyor belt can print pertinent information such as production dates, batch numbers, and barcodes directly onto the product either before or after labeling.
1. Adoption of a high-speed, horizontal roller conveying mechanism with an inclined conveying chain ensures automatic bottle guidance and stable conveying and labeling. Achieves labeling speeds of up to 300 bottles/min, significantly reducing labor and material resources.
2. Low bottle breakage rate ensured through flexible bottle separation and labeling technologies, resulting in smooth labeling and a bottle breakage rate of less than one in 100,000.
3. Excellent labeling quality achieved through advanced labeling technology to correct label deviation. High overlap at the label head and tail, coupled with rolling-type labeling, ensures flat, wrinkle-free, and bubble-free labeling, enhancing packaging quality.
4. High stability guaranteed by an advanced electronic control system consisting of Panasonic PLC, display and control touch screen, Sembcorp needle-shaped electric eye, and American Hampson label electric eye. Supports 24/7 high-speed equipment operation.
5. Intelligent control features automatic photoelectric tracking, ensuring no object, no labeling, and automatic correction and detection functions to prevent missing labels and label waste.
6. Sturdy and hygienic construction predominantly crafted from stainless steel and high-grade aluminum alloy, meeting GMP production specifications with a firm, aesthetically pleasing structure.

Core Working Principle: The automatic bottle separation wheel segregates products and automatically feeds them onto the conveyor belt (or products are manually placed). As the product moves along the conveyor, sensors detect its passage and relay signals to the labeling control system. Subsequently, the control system activates the corresponding motor, releasing a label to be affixed to the designated position on the product. The product proceeds through the labeling device where the labeling belt drives rotation, facilitating label application, thus completing the labeling process.
Operational Procedure: Place the product onto the center of the conveyor chain roller -> Product conveyance -> Product inspection -> Labeling -> Label affixation -> Collection of labeled products.
