The baler usually consists of a steel structure frame, a hydraulic system, a compression chamber, a feeding device and a discharging device. During operation, workers pour sawdust into the compression chamber through the feed port, start the hydraulic system, and apply high pressure to the sawdust through a piston or other compression mechanism to compress it into denser blocks. When the compressed blocks reach the preset weight (20 kg), the equipment will automatically stop compression, then bundle the compressed blocks through the binding device, and finally remove the packed sawdust blocks out of the machine through the discharging device.
