■ Product standard: Enterprise standard

Multi-core screened computer cable

■ Applications

This product applies for connecting wire of electric appliance, apparatus or computer, used in distribution equipments with rated voltage up to and including A.C. 450/750V or D.C. 1000V.

■ Condition

The cable is approved to operate upon fixed-installation or moveable using in ambient temperature from -40℃ to 50℃, relative humidity not larger than 80% and operating temperature of core not higher than 70℃ as well as avoiding direct high-temperature radiation or contact. The temperature shall never less than 0℃ when the cable being laid.

Permissible bending radius: not less than 6 times of overall diameter for unarmored cable; not less than 12 times of overall diameter for armored or screened cable; not less than 6 times of overall diameter for screened flexible cable.

■ Applicable Range

The product applies to the signal transmission of computer control system, distribution control system, auto-instrument and testing instrument which require AC voltage rating 300/500V and below and high interference resistance.

■ Manufacturing Basis

The main technique indexes are in accordance with BS5308, IEC189, JIS528 standard.

■ Product Characteristic and Use Characteristic

1. The cable is characterized in small medium loss angle, good alterability to jamming and powerful ability of current capacity. It also can resist heat, resist radiation, protect corrosion, protect water. It has good pressure-tightness.

2. Low smoke low halogen cable is characterized in low smoke and hydrochloric gas release. It won’t extend flame. And it hasn’t pollution nuisance so that it has high security.

3. XLPE insulated cable has large capacity of current and light and protable structure. It can also be laid with no limitation of level difference along the route. The cable ‘s maximum overload temperature in short term is 130℃.When the cores short circuit, the maximum temperature is 250℃ and the longest time is 5 seconds.

4. Fluorine-plastic and silicon-rubber cable has good heat resistance. They can be used in heat circumstances for long time. Silicon-rubber cable also has good water proofness. It’s very soft and easy to be laid.

5. The minimum laying temperature of the cable is 0℃. The minimum bend radius hard structure is 10 times of the outer diameter and the minimum soft structure is 8 times of the outer diameter.
