Enterprise standard (Refer to the regulated requirement specified in RCC-E nuclear island electric equipment and building rule, France)
■ Application
This product is suitable for power configuration, control, detection, communication and compensated 1E class loop of meters and instruments of nuclear island factory building of nuclear power station.
■ Product characteristics
1. Rated voltage (U0/U): 0.6/1kV;
2. Max.permissible continuous operating temperature of conductor is 90℃, for short circuit (4s) max. conductor temperature is 250℃;
3. The ambient temperature under installation -10℃~40℃;
4. The bending radius of cables are recommend as follows at installaton:
Not less than 6 times the diameter of unscreened cable;
Not less than 8 times the diameter of screened cable,
5. The lowest temperature as installationed:-40℃;
6. Used time of cable: 50 years;
7. Especial property of cable:
(1) The cable can undergo bundling combustion test specified in GB/T18380.3 (IEC332-3);
(2) The insulation wire core of cable can undergo vertical combustion test specified in GB/T18380.1 (IEC332-1)
(3) The low smoke property of cable should conforms to the regulations specified in GB/T17651 (IEC61034): light transmittance≥60;
(4) The low halogen property of cable should conform to the regulations specified in GB/T17650.2(IEC60754-2):pH≥4.3,electrical conductivity＜10μs/mm;
8. Electric property of cable:
(1) Cable withstand the test of AC 3500V/5min without breakdown,
(2) Insulation resistance of cable conductor: p20 not more than 0.0172410Ω·mm2/m
(3) Constant of insulation resistance for cable: K20 not less than 367MΩ·km, K60 not less than 367MΩ·km, K90 not less than 36MΩ·km.
