The swivel joint is a metal pipeline joint equipped with ball bearings. It is a series of products digested, absorbed and innovatively produced based on the technology transferred by the American FMC Company. Its specifications range from 1″to 4″, and the rated working pressure is 25 to 140Mpa (3626psi to 20000psi). Various types of swivel joints and repair kits can be provided for use under normal temperature, low temperature and sulfur-containing gas conditions.
Product Introduction
The swivel joint is a high-pressure fluid control component in cementing and fracturing equipment. It is a pipe fitting that changes the connection direction of construction pipelines and facilitates pipeline connection. It is widely used in high-pressure discharge pipelines, input pipelines, temporary liquid flow pipelines, well test pipelines and other high-pressure transportation pipelines in acidic operating environments (excluding operating environments containing acidic gases such as CO2 and H2S). The specifications of the swivel joint range from 1 inch to 4 inches, the rated working pressure is 42mpa-105mpa, and the working temperature is -46℃~121℃.
High-pressure swivel joints are widely used in acidic operating environments, mainly used in high-pressure discharge pipelines, input pipelines, temporary liquid flow pipelines, well test pipelines, and other pipelines that transport liquid flow under high-pressure conditions.
The 1"~4" long radius swivel joint carefully designed and manufactured by our company has a cold working pressure of 42Mpa~105Mpa (6000psi~15000psi). There are ten different types and can rotate 360 degrees in one direction, two directions and three different directions.We can provide various types of 90-degree swivel joints and repair kits under normal temperature, low temperature and sulfur-containing gas conditions.
