The types of vacuum electroplating tungsten wire mainly include gate type tungsten wire, inline type tungsten wire, peak type tungsten wire, wave type tungsten wire, cone type/funnel type tungsten wire. Coated tungsten wire is mainly used in the cosmetics industry, electronic product series, auto parts, vacuum coating of spectacle lenses, shoe heels, small commodities, sun hats, glass, helmets, collection accessories and other vacuum coatings.

The in-line electroplated tungsten wire has good properties of high temperature resistance and sag resistance, and is mainly used for heating and evaporating silicon dioxide or powder particles in the metal box. There is no electricity in the production process, no electric shock, natural gas heating, good elasticity, not easy to break, the latest ultrasonic cleaning process,the surface treatment can guarantee that the plated workpiece is pristine since it is cleaner, brighter, and smoother.
The peak-type electroplated tungsten wire is not energized during the production process, and the surface is not injured by electricity, which can greatly prolong the service life of the tungsten wire. The applicable voltage of the wave-shaped tungsten wire is 24V, the current of the lamp tube is 20A, and the applicable diameter of the tungsten wire is 20mm. It is mainly used for heating elements of vacuum electroplating.
Cone-shaped electroplating tungsten wire, also known as funnel-shaped tungsten wire, has a circular cross-sectional shape and is widely used in evaporation coating process.
