In this stunning interior model project, QZY MODELS collaborated with China Overseas Property to craft a captivating 1:25 scale mechanism model. The primary goal was to offer a comprehensive display of the villa's internal structure, enabling clients to immerse themselves in the intricate details of interior design and external surroundings.
The meticulously detailed model portrays a three-story villa spanning approximately 110 square meters. Each room, staircase, bedroom, kitchen, and other elements are vividly showcased, providing a clear representation of the spatial layout. The external features include a meticulously crafted garden with trees, a lawn, corridors, parking spaces, and a rooftop terrace.
Setting this model apart is its advanced lighting control system. The lifting model is equipped with the capability to illuminate internal room lights and accentuate the garden area. A unique feature lies in its elevating mechanism—powered by an electric control system, the entire third floor can be lifted on pillars. This functionality enables dynamic presentations, bringing the internal elements to life as the model ascends, offering a clear view for potential clients.
