QZY Models proudly showcases the 1:1000 scale miniature architectural models of Aecom's urban design project for the Quxzhou High-Speed Rail Station area. This model, crafted with precision using techniques such as maple wood, 3D printing, laser cutting, and CNC cutting, reflects the depth and intricacy of the design.
The model's roads and base are meticulously created with double-layered maple wood-pressed veneer, adding a natural texture to the overall presentation. The landscaping trees cleverly distinguish various species, effectively separating avenue trees from landscape trees. LED lighting accents along the landscape axis enhance the spatial structure through light effects.
In the core area, detailed buildings are constructed using acrylic for glass curtain walls and 3D-printed frameworks. The main structures feature internal lighting effects, contributing to a modern aesthetic. The peripheral buildings, crafted with real wood CNC cutting and 3D printed blocks with veneer, present clean blocks with a natural wood texture. This design not only highlights the main design areas but also diminishes the impact of surrounding structures.
The lake area is created using UV printing to achieve a matte finish, further enhancing the realism of the miniature architectural models. Sized at 2.5*2 meters, this model was completed in a 15-day timeframe, providing a vivid interpretation of Aecom's urban planning while showcasing QZY Models' exceptional craftsmanship in the field of model making.
