Function:
The crane condenser core is an important part of the crane air-conditioning system, and its main function is to cool the high temperature and high pressure gaseous refrigerant into liquid refrigerant. Specifically, the role of the condenser core includes the following points:
1. Heat exchange
The condenser core cools the high-temperature, high-pressure gas compressed by the refrigerant in the compressor into a high-temperature, high-pressure liquid through heat exchange with the outside air. In this process, the refrigerant releases heat into the surrounding environment, thus realising the condensation of the refrigerant.
2. Safeguard the refrigeration cycle
The efficient heat dissipation function of the condenser core is a key part of the refrigeration cycle can be carried out normally. Only if the refrigerant can be condensed into liquid smoothly, it can enter the next cycle stage, i.e. entering the evaporator after throttling down the pressure through the expansion valve, absorbing the heat inside the car and achieving the purpose of refrigeration.
3. Improve refrigeration efficiency
High-efficiency condenser core structure can optimise the flow path of the refrigerant, so that the contact between the refrigerant and the air is more adequate, thus improving the heat exchange efficiency. This helps to improve the cooling performance of the whole air-conditioning system, so that the temperature inside the crane cab can be reduced more quickly.
4. Protecting the compressor
The condenser core ensures that the refrigerant is in a liquid state before it enters the evaporator, preventing the liquid refrigerant from entering the compressor directly and thus preventing liquid shock. Liquid shock will lead to compressor damage, so the condenser core also plays an important role in protecting the compressor.
