Product Description:
Body filler Putty, also known as unsaturated resin putty, is the main ash made of unsaturated resin, talc, styrene and other materials after stirring and grinding. It is a two-component filling material with fast curing and drying speed and strong adhesion,easy to polish and so on.
Performance introduction:
1.MJ-Coat polyester putty
-Equipped with BPO/CHPO hardener.
-BPO:Fast air drying, Delicate texture, few sand holes, good temperature resistance, excellent scraping performance, and good adhesion on various metal materials (except the surface of anodized aluminum oxide).
-CHPO: Fast air drying, Delicate texture, few sand holes, good temperature resistance, excellent scraping performance, and good adhesion on 2K epoxy primer surface.
2.It is easy to apply and scrape without leaving ash holes during construction, good compactness after polishing, strong water resistance, and good high and low temperature crack resistance.

Application process:
| 1. Remove the oil stain, rust, old paint film and moisture on the surface of the substrate to be scraped before use, and keep the surface clean and dry | ||
| 2. Mix the main putty and hardener according to the specified ratio (100:1.5-3) to make the color uniform, | ||
| 3. The mixed body filler is coated on the surface of the treated substrate within an operable time of 2-4 minutes / 25 -30℃. | ||
| 4. The best dry grinding time (temperature 25 ℃) is :( BPO 20-30 minutes /CHPO 40mins-1h) after coating and scraping. | ||
| 5. Ensure that the putty is completely dry during painting to avoid bubbling and falling off. |
Usage:
1.Remove the oil,rustoriginal paint film and water etc from surface completely, keep the painted surface clean & dry before scraping.
2.The putty and hardener should be mixed completely to achieve the uniformity of color(qeneral ratio is100:1.5-3 by weight),and apply the mixture within pot life(3-8min),or it will gel.
3.Apply the mixed putty to the processed surface of primer or cold-reduced sheet in case of scraping of thick coat, it is preferable to apply in thin coats for several times till reaching the objective thickness.(Suggested maximum thickness is no more than 5mm).
Notes:
1. The putty added with hardener shall not be put back into the original tank, and shall be capped after use to avoid the deterioration of the main putty caused by solvent volatilization. It is strictly prohibited to dilute the putty with solvent such as thinner for construction.
2.Special hardener shall be provided and shall not be mixed with other hardener.
3. It can be stored in a cool place (below 25 ℃) for 12 months.
