According to the support structure, there are two kinds of fixed and mobile: according to the material of conveyor belt, there are rubber belt, plastic belt and steel core belt. The working environment temperature of the conveyor is generally between - 10 ℃ and + 40 ℃, and the material temperature should not exceed 70 ℃; the heat-resistant rubber belt can transport high-temperature materials below 120 ℃. It is not suitable to use belt conveyor when the material temperature is higher. When conveying materials with acid and alkaline oil substances and organic solvents, rubber belt type plastic belt with oil resistance and acid and alkali resistance should be used. The belt width of TD75 belt conveyor can be divided into 500 ~ 2400mm. According to the conveying length of belt conveyor, material type, bulk density, conveying capacity, conveying length and other factors, users can determine the layout of the conveyor and the selected belt width, canvas layers and belt thickness by calculation.
1.2 basic structure
TD75 fixed belt conveyor has the following structure compared with other bulk material transportation modes:
1. Driving part: the driving device is composed of driving frame, motor, high-speed coupling, reducer and reducer coupling. According to the layout requirements: the drive device is equipped with left and right mounting.
2. Rolling part: it is divided into two categories: driving roller and steering roller.
3. Idler part: divided into groove, parallel, centering and buffer idler, etc.
4. Cleaning part: Spring cleaner and empty section cleaner.
5. Discharging part: fixed plough discharger and electric discharger.
6. Braking part: there are two kinds of belt backstop and roller backstop.
7. Accessories: cover, guide groove, funnel, etc.
