SF Series SF4 Flotation Machine for Ore Dressing Plant 2-4 m³/min
Introduction of Flotation Machine
Flotation machine is applied for rough, fine and sweep separating process of ferrous metals, precious metals, non-metallic minerals and non-ferrous metals, such as lead, copper, zinc, molybdenum, gold, etc. This series flotation machine is with large inspiratory capacity inflow and low energy consumption. Each chute is levelly installed and performs three functions: inhaling air, inhaling ore pulp and flotation separation without accessories.
Features of Flotation Machine
1. Large inhaling capacity and low consumption.
2. Complete flotation circuit with inhaling air and slurry, no auxiliaries are needed.
3. Process is easy to be changed.
4. Reasonable circulation of slurry decreases coarse sand sedimentation.
5. Automatic controlling device makes adjustment more convenient.
Working Principle of Flotation Machine
The impeller is rotated by V-belt of motor and produces negative pressure by centrifugal function. Enough air is sucked to mix slurry, and slurry mixes drug at the same time. Mineral sticks on bubble completely and floats on the surface of slurry to form mineralized bubble. Useful bubble is scraped out by adjusting flashboard height and controlling liquid surface.
