Description of the placer gold washing plant.
After the whole plant is installed, river sand is usually loaded into the hopper using an excavator or loader, and then the sand is sent to the trommel screen. As the trommel screen rotates, large-size sand above 8mm is screened out, and small-size sand below 8mm is sent to the centrifugal gold concentrator or vibrating gold concentrator (generally 40 mesh to 200 mesh concentrator). A variety of gold particle sizes can achieve high recovery rates. There is a gold gate next to the concentrator with a gold blanket on it to recover the remaining gold in the concentrator.

Gold centrifugal concentrator is suitable for collecting gold ore with mesh size from 200 to 40. It uses gravity centrifugal force to collect gold concentrate from river sand or soil. The recovery rate of free gold particles can be as high as 90%. It is the perfect partner for gold trommel screen plant.
Gold sluice with blanket
Shaking table
After collect the gold concentrate fromo the centrifugal concentrator and gold sluice blanket, the most common way is then put it on the shaking table to further improve the gold grade.
Mercury Amalgamation barrel or small ball mill.
The gold ore concentrate collected from the shaking table will be put in the small ball mill, or we call it mercury amalgamation barrel. Then it can mix with the mercury and form the gold and mercury mixture.
Electric gold melting furnace
After get the mixture of gold and mercury, you can put it in the elctric gold melting furnace and heat it, then you can get the pure gold bar.
