Spare Parts
The main spare parts of fine sand crusher is rotor and hammer, which are the wear spare parts, need to changed reguarly. The fine sand crusher hammer is made of high chrome alloy, whose hardness is 62 to 65 HRC, can last longer 2 or three times than common hammer.
Working Principle
Driven by the motor, the rotor rotates at high speed. After the material enters the function area of the plate hammer, it collides with the plate hammer on the rotor and is broken, and then thrown to the impact device and broken again. It then bounces from the impact liner back to the plate hammer action zone and breaks again. This process is repeated, the material from large to small into the first, second, third impact chamber repeatedly broken, until the material broken to the required size, discharged from the discharge port.
