High-pressure diaphragm filter presses utilize internationally leading TPE diaphragm technology. They offer long lifespan, excellent stability, and are versatile models suitable for a wide range of industries. Using hydraulic or pneumatic compression, they can achieve pressures of 0.8-2.0 MPa.
Variable chamber technology significantly improves production efficiency and reduces moisture content in solid-liquid separation applications in the chemical, pharmaceutical, and mining industries.
High-pressure dewatering technology is used in sludge dewatering, reducing filter cake moisture content to levels that meet landfill and incineration standards (moisture content varies by industry). Compared to traditional dewatering equipment, filter cake weight and volume are reduced by half.
The entire system is fully automated, equipped with an online filter cloth flushing system and electronically controlled valves and instruments, enabling unmanned operation.
