Durable Spiral Chute With Uniform Ore Separation And Easy Control
The spiral chute is a gravity separation equipment, mainly used to separate mineral particles with large differences in specific gravity. It uses the inertial centrifugal force generated when the slurry flows in the spiral chute to separate the mineral particles with different specific gravities.
Working principle

Structural Features
The FRP spiral chute consists of six components: a feed distributor, a feed chute, a spiral trough, a product interceptor chute, a product collection hopper, and a trough support (including a cross or tripod). The spiral chute, formed by spiral blades, is the primary component. The spiral blades are made of FRP (glass fiber reinforced plastic) and bolted together. The separation surface of the spiral chute has a pre-formed wear-resistant coating. This mineral processing equipment is lightweight, strong, and durable. A multi-tube feed distributor located above the spiral chute ensures uniform ore distribution and easy control.
