Product Introduction
Cement ball mill is mainly used for grinding clinker and raw materials in cement industry, and can also be used for grinding various ores in metallurgy, chemical industry, electric power and other industries. Cement ball mill is not only suitable for overflow grinding, but also can be used for closed-circuit grinding with powder collector. Cement ball mill is a highly efficient fine grinding tool. Cement ball mill is used to grind various ores and other materials, or for ore dressing. Cement ball mill is widely used in building materials, chemical industry and other industries. There are two grinding methods of cement ball mill: dry method and wet method. According to the different discharged ores, cement ball mill can be divided into plate type and flow type.
Product Features
1. The transmission methods of cylindrical ball mill include edge transmission, center transmission, edge multi-point meshing transmission, etc.; the transmission forms include asynchronous motor + reducer + pinion, gear transmission and synchronous motor + pneumatic clutch + pinion, gear transmission.
2. Ball mill is generally supported by static and dynamic pressure bearings at both ends. The bearing adopts a fully enclosed self-aligning 120° contact rocker bearing, and a single or double sliding shoe static and dynamic pressure bearing can also be used. The bushing is processed by CNC machine tools.
3. The large open gear adopts the AGMA standard design, equipped with a reliably sealed gearbox and an automatic grease injection lubrication system.The shell is a key component of the ball mill, and computer finite element analysis is used to ensure the reliable operation of the ball mill;
