The wheel-type sand washing machine, also known as the bucket wheel sand washing machine, is a material washing and selection equipment widely used in sand and gravel yards, mines, building materials, transportation, chemical industry, water conservancy and hydropower, concrete mixing stations and other industries.
Working principle
The wheel-type sand washing machine drives the impeller in the water tank to rotate in a circular motion through the transmission of the motor and the reducer, thereby stirring, flipping and washing the sand, gravel or slag particle materials in the water, and dehydrating the water-receiving materials in the impeller before discharging them.
Performance characteristics
Simple structure: The impeller drive bearing device is isolated from water and materials, preventing the bearing from being damaged due to water immersion, sand and contaminants.
High cleaning degree: During the cleaning process, there is minimal loss of sand, fine sand and stone powder, and the gradation and fineness modulus of the washed construction sand meet the national standards.
