Classification Crusher With Dual Overload Protection Function
The classification crusher is a highly efficient crushing equipment suitable for industries such as mining, metallurgy, chemical engineering, and coal mining. It is mainly used for coarse and medium crushing of brittle block materials
Working principle
The classification crusher takes advantage of the characteristic that the compressive strength of materials is much higher than their shear and tensile strength, and crushes them through principles such as shearing and extrusion. After the materials enter the crusher, they are discharged between the two toothed rollers and between the side wall comb plates. The particle size of the crushed product is controlled by the gap between the toothed rollers to prevent overly large particles from being discharged. Materials of qualified particle size pass through quickly, reducing the phenomenon of overgrinding.
Structural features
Toothed roller: A key crushing component, with teeth arranged in a spiral pattern. It is cast from special steel and quenched, featuring high wear resistance and a long service life.
Overload protection: Equipped with an intelligent monitoring system, it can automatically reverse when the vehicle gets stuck to prevent materials from getting stuck and ensure the safety of the equipment.
Flexible connection: Use polyurethane plum blossom-shaped elastic couplings to reduce the impact and vibration on the reducer.

The feed particle size is large and the crushing capacity is strong.
The crushing teeth (plates) made of special materials and processes have high strength, high hardness, good wear resistance and long service life.
It has dual overload protection function;
