1. Three cylinder dryer working principle for Metallurgy Machine
Material from the feeding device into the inner layer of the rotary drum, to achieve downstream drying, material under the inner layer of the copy plate is constantly copied up, scattered drought spiral travel type to achieve heat exchange, material moved to the other end of the inner layer into the middle layer, counter-current drying, material in the middle layer is constantly repeated into, The material in the middle layer not only fully absorbs the heat of the inner cylinder, but also absorbs the heat of the middle layer cylinder. At the same time, the drying time is extended. The material here reaches the best drying state. When the material reaches the other end of the middle layer and falls into the outer layer, the material moves in a rectangular multi-loop mode in the outer roller. The material that achieves the drying effect moves quickly out of the roller under the action of hot air, while the wet material that does not achieve the drying effect cannot move quickly due to its weight. The material is fully dried in the rectangular sheet plate, thus completing the purpose of drying.
