1. Working principle of Raymond mill Of Ore Grinding Mill :

Air selection process: after the material is ground, the fan will blow the wind into the main machine housing, blowing the powder, sorting by the analyzer placed above the grinding room, the fine and coarse materials fall into the grinding room for regrinding, fineness in accordance with the specifications of the wind into the cyclone collector, collected after discharging through the powder outlet, that is, the finished product. The air flow is returned to the fan by the return duct at the upper end of the big cyclone collector.
The wind path is circulating and flows under negative pressure. The increased air volume of the circulating air path is discharged through the exhaust pipe between the fan and the host machine, and enters the small cyclone collector for purification treatment.
