2. How soon can I get a price quote?

For most projects, once we know bottle material, bottle weight, pump size, cap material & weight, or bottle decoration method, printing requirements and quantity, we can provide you with a price quote within 24 hours.

3. How long will it take to receive my products?

As a general rule for available mold’s products, it will take 3 weeks for us to produce your products. But if we have stocks for common items in common colors, we can ship immediately as you wish.

4. Can I have a custom designed and mock up sample?

We are a custom shop. We design and construct each project to the individual customer's needs. We also can mock up samples quickly after getting design from customers.

5. Is there a minimum order requirement?

Due to the daily production capacity is very huge and shipping freight, we do not accept small orders. Our minimum order quantity is 10,000 pcs per model, but we can help to do several colors for choice. It is recommended for you to order a 20”GP or 40”HC to reduce the unit price and shipping cost.

6. Can I get a sample?

Yes, on some items in stock, we can send immediately. And for shipping charge, if you are new customer of our company, please provide us FedEx, DHL or TNT or UPS account number for freight collecting. If You are our old customer, we can send free samples including express cost. If you want customized samples, we can fast making samples in 7days based at reasonable sample charges.

8. Do you sell any additional products not listed on your online catalog?

We sell over 20,000 different types of glass perfume bottles or cosmetic packaging items and are always adding new items to our website. However, every item that we currently sell is listed on our website. 9. Do you have a price catalog?

We are a professional cosmetic bottles and pumps manufacturer. All of our bottle products are made in different materials and in different weight with different artwork or decoration request. So we do not have a price catalog.

11. Can you do the design for us?

Yes. We have a professional team having rich experience in cosmetic bottles and caps design and manufacturing. Just tell us your ideas and we will help to carry out your ideas into perfect bottles and cap. We can make design drawing and 3D display to you. It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files. Send us high resolution images, your Logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for confirmation.

12. What is your term of delivery?

13. What is your payment term?

T/T. 30% deposit, balance before shipment.

You can use also alibaba trade assurance.

14. How do you control the quality?

We will make samples before mass production, and after sample approved, we will begin mass production. Doing 100% inspection during production; then do random inspection before packing; taking pictures after packing.

15. If any quality problem, how can you settle it for us?

If any breakage or defect products were found, you must take the pictures from the original carton. All the claims must be presented within 7 working days after discharging the container. This date is subject to the arrival time of container.

We will advise you to certify the claim by third party, or we can accept the claim from the samples or pictures you present, finally we will completely compensate all your loss.

All our products have a quality warranty of 2 years.
