Product Description:
Brushed stainless steel sheet is produced by mechanically processing (brushing) the surface of stainless steel to create regular, continuous, and delicate silk-like patterns.
Main Features:
Texture and Appearance:
Matte Texture: The surface has a delicate silky sheen, is non-reflective, and presents a modern, industrial, calm, and understated visual effect.
Comfortable Touch: The surface has a subtle raised texture, providing a comfortable feel and resisting fingerprints and scratches.
Diverse Textures: Common textures include straight brushes (hairline), random brushes (snowflake), and cross-hatching (jadeite), meeting various design needs.
Performance Advantages:
Wear and Scratch Resistance: The surface texture can conceal minor scratches to some extent, making it more durable and easier to maintain than mirror finishes.
Corrosion Resistance: Brushing is a physical treatment that does not change the chemical composition of the stainless steel substrate; therefore, its corrosion resistance is almost identical to the original sheet (304, 316, etc., retain their characteristics).
Strength and Durability: Retains all the advantages of stainless steel, including high strength, fire resistance, high temperature resistance, and environmental friendliness.

vs. Mirror Finish: Mirror finishes are highly reflective, modern and luxurious, but prone to fingerprints and scratches; brushed finishes are matte and understated, offering a more textured and practical look.
vs. Sandblasted Finish: Sandblasted finishes have a fine, beaded matte surface, resulting in a more uniform and soft texture; brushed finishes have a clear linear texture, offering a more defined look.
