This high Vacuum Metallizer machine is making the aluminum metal evaporated and deposited on the surface of the rolled plastic film at a high temperature to form a high-luminance aluminized film under vacuum state. Applicable to aluminization of various materials such as high-end packaging color printing materials,reflective materials, anti-counterfeiting holographic films, etc.

Evaporation speed is fast and adjustable, filigree yields of thickness distribute evenly to avoid burning of plastic. 6. induction heating ensures winding speed up to 8-11m/s. Aluminum block could be enough dissolution and degassing, then form into the stable molten pool and eliminate the sudden sputtering of big droplet. The source has much less strict requirements for aluminum ingots purity
