1.Wire mesh welding machine adopts Japan Mitsubishi brand electronic synchronous control technique, welding time and sub-control welding are all composed of digital integrated circut, which has high control accuracy, stable performance, firm welding spots and without burned mark.
2. The welding speed is fast and the operation is simple and easy to master.
3. The longitudinal wire is from coil wire. Feeding automatically. The cross wire is pre-cut by wire straightening and cutting machine. The cross wire is put into the hopper. Feeding automatically.
4. The mesh drawing system is controlled by motor which improved the precision of mesh opening size, meanwhile the line wire and the weft wire spacing are adjustable.

1. Longitudinal wires are fed from wire coils automatically and through straightening rollers.
2. The wire mesh welding machine is equipped with rolling machine to make roll mesh.
3. Welding electrodes- chromium zirconium copper Upper-20mm diameter Lower-20*20*20mm, can be used 6 sides,The welding electrode distance can be adjusted.
4. Cast water cooling welding transformers Suitable for high temperature. When 2.5-4mm one welding transformer controls 8 welding electrodes. When 4-6mm, one welding transformer controls 4 welding electrodes.
5. Panasonic brand servo motor for mesh pulling, accurate, big power.air cylinders controls the hook up&down.J&T brand pulling rack, less noise, high accuracy.
6. The wire mesh welding machine is suitable for galvanized wire,balck steel wire.
7. The rolling mesh machine will rewind up the mesh automatically. The roll mesh length max up to 80m.
8. The wire mesh welding machine require the space of workshop: 25m*6m.
9. The wire mesh welding machine need the power transformer at least 120KVA to supply machine running.
