4. Line wire feeding method: Line wires are the same to cross wires, firstly use straightening cutting machine to straighten and cut coil wire into fixed length. Then workers put the line wire into the under electrodes. the welding began welding.
5. Control cabinet adopts PLC control system though touch screen operate system, you can change welding time, or welding current time. mesh opening size through touch screen.The electrical system from the international famous brand for precise control and smooth working.
6. The pulling mesh system is controlled by servo motor. Which is more the accurate of pull mesh than stepping motor.
7. Cast water-cooling welding transformer, efficient cooling method, welding current can be adjusted by PLC.
