This steel shell melting furnace is a kind of electric induction melting furnace which operates with a single power supply cabinet, and two or multiple furnaces can be powered by one power supply cabinet to melt metals synchronously, providing continuous molten iron for the casting process. It is made up of four core parts: steel plate shell, magnetic yoke, insulation material and induction coil. The silicon steel sheet is of thin orientation while the magnetic yoke is enlarged, resulting in low eddy current and generating less heat, leading to low power consumption. The W-shaped structure of the machine does not require water to cool, substantially reducing the need for water pipelines.
Open type structure. When abnormal condition occurs to water-cooled cables, cooling water pipelines, magnetic yokes, and induction coils, this can be visually observed and found in time so that troubleshooting and maintenance can be carried out in time to avoid any losses.
