The QSFP112 400G DR4 is a high-performance, hot-pluggable optical transceiver module designed for 400G Ethernet applications. Leveraging silicon photonics technology, it supports data transmission up to 500 meters over single-mode fiber with an MPO-12 APC connector. This optical module is ideal for data centers and high-speed network infrastructures, providing reliable and efficient connectivity.
The module utilizes advanced silicon photonics technology and DSP with CDR (Clock and Data Recovery) for signal integrity. It complies with IEEE 802.3bs and QSFP112 MSA standards, ensuring broad compatibility and high performance in demanding environments.
The optical transceiver module operates in full duplex. The transmitter converts 4 electrical lanes into optical signals using a silicon photonics engine. The receiver converts incoming optical signals back to electrical data via PIN photodiodes and TIAs, processed through a DSP for jitter reduction and signal reshaping.
