The MFS1S00-H010V is a high-performance 200Gb/s QSFP56 Active Optical Cable (AOC) designed for next-generation data center and high-performance computing interconnects. It supports both InfiniBand HDR and 200 Gigabit Ethernet standards, delivering reliable, low-latency, and power-efficient connectivity. This Optical Fiber Cable is ideal for high-density rack deployments and long-reach applications where copper cabling falls short.
This passive fiber cable alternative leverages VCSEL-based optical technology and complies with industry standards including SFF-8665, SFF-8636, and InfiniBand HDR. It uses PAM4 modulation for high-speed data transmission and supports advanced features like retiming, programmable equalization, and real-time diagnostics.
The AOC converts electrical signals into optical signals using integrated VCSEL transceivers at each end. Data is transmitted over four multi-mode fibers, each operating at 50Gb/s. The cable includes built-in signal retiming and conditioning to ensure signal integrity over extended distances, making it superior to passive copper solutions.
